3. Professional Boundaries: This is coaching and therapy support. Not emergency care. You confirm you're stable.

4. Cancellation & Fees:
48-hour notice for rescheduling. Fees are non-refundable once we start.

5. Changes:
Terms may be updated. Continued use = acceptance.
