Terms of Engagement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026


By booking or participating in a consultation, you agree to the following terms.

1. The nature of this engagement

SWISS SUMMIT PRO™ provides pattern-based, subconscious-focused facilitation work. This is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or licensed mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of those. It is not emergency or crisis care. By booking, you confirm that you are not currently in a mental health crisis and are not relying on this engagement in place of medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line before reaching out here.

2. Client participation

Results depend on active, honest participation. You're never asked to force anything — only to stay willing to meet what comes up, at your own pace. We move together.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to the first consultation. No session notes, recordings, or files are retained. Details of the NDA's scope and any limits to confidentiality (for example, where disclosure is legally required) are set out in the signed NDA itself.

4. Intellectual property

All frameworks, methods, and materials associated with SwissBusinessIFS™ and SWISS SUMMIT PRO™ are proprietary. No reproduction, recording, or redistribution without prior written consent.

5. Cancellation and fees

Rescheduling requires 48 hours' notice. Fees are non-refundable once a consultation has begun, except as covered under the Zero-Risk Guarantee (see Section 6).

6. Zero-risk guarantee

If a client experiences no meaningful shift after the first consultation, that first consultation is provided at no cost, per the guarantee described on our website. This guarantee applies to the first consultation only and does not extend to subsequent sessions.

7. Limitation of liability

This work is offered as an integrated, transformational, facilitation and coaching-adjacent service, not a guaranteed outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWISS SUMMIT PRO™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from participation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Eligibility

This service is intended for adults (18+) who are not currently in crisis and are not seeking a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.

9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from this engagement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence, where applicable under EU or other governing regulations.

Where the Client is based in the European Union, nothing in this agreement affects the Client's rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or applicable EU consumer-protection directives, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own member state where such rights cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
