We are not a medical facility, psychiatric practice, or psychological clinic. Michiel is not a licensed medical doctor (BIG-register), psychologist, psychiatrist, or psychotherapist under Dutch Law (WGBO) or any other EU national medical regulations. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, manage, or prevent any mental health disorders, diseases, or medical conditions. If you are experiencing symptoms of mental illness or medical distress, you must consult a licensed healthcare professional in your country of residence immediately. Our services are complementary and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

2. No Therapeutic Relationship Engaging with SWISS SUMMIT PRO™ does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. Our work focuses on unlocking potential, resolving internal conflicts, and enhancing performance for high-achieving individuals. It is a coaching engagement, not a healthcare intervention.

3. No Guarantees Individual results vary significantly based on your unique circumstances, commitment, readiness, and effort. No specific outcomes, cures, timelines, or guarantees are implied or promised. References to "transformation," "freedom," "resolution," or "meaningful shift" describe subjective client experiences and potential benefits, not clinical outcomes.
